Robbie Williams reunites with Take That’s Mark Owen on stage after 12 years

Robbie Williams and his former Take That bandmate Mark Owen reunited on stage for the first time in 12 years.

Robbie, 49, had a huge surprise for his 20,000 fans when he brought out Mark, also 49, while performing at the Sandringham House in Norfolk on Saturday (August 26).

The popular duo performed their Take That single Greatest Day, which was first released in 2008, on the grounds of King Charles’ royal residence.

It was an emotional reunion for Robbie and Mark who were seen wrapping their arms around one another during the jovial performance, the first time they’d shared the stage in 12 years.

Dazzling Robbie wore a gold sequin sleeveless top and silver metallic trousers, teaming his look with a white scarf that he wrapped around his neck.

Mark made sure plenty of eyes were on him as he sported red flared trousers and a silk black shirt.

Robbie and Mark seemed to be having the best time together at the gig, which was the final stop of Robbie’s world XXV tour.

The iconic tour marked 25 years since the singer left Take That in 1995 to pursue a solo career.

Those who witnessed the pair on stage, couldn’t contain their excitement and headed over to X, formerly known as Twitter to share their thoughts.

One audience member wrote: “Robbie Williams’ concert was amazing last night. Yes, I cried when he hugged and sang with Mark Owen. Seeing the smile on my mum’s face when Robbie walked out made it so much better.”

Another echoed: “Amazing night! Me and & Mum loved it! Yes I might of cried when Mark Owen came on and him and Robbie sang together”

Meanwhile, a third enthusiastic fan wrote: “Aww Robbie & Mark together from the Sandringham gig. So cute.”

Later on during the show the duo were joined by other members of Take That.

Gary Barlow, 52, Howard Donald, 55, and Jason Orange, who shockingly quit the group back in 2014 also took to the stage.

Robbie first left Take That in 1995 but later rejoined the band in 2010 but this was short-lived as he soon decided t part ways a year later.
