S Club’s Rachel Stevens ‘dating’ Dancing On Ice partner after marriage split

S Club 7 singer Rachel Stevens is reportedly “dating” her Dancing on Ice partner Brendyn Hatfield months after her marriage came to an end.

The 45-year-old skated alongside the US pro skater on the popular ITV show last year with a source claiming that the couple are “smitten”.

Rachel split from her childhood sweetheart Alex Bourne in July 2022 and she allegedly moved out of their family home in February this year.

“They’re really smitten and looking forward to the future.

“She wasn’t expecting to find love again at this stage in her life but she’s feeling positive about what’s to come and hopeful about a new start.”

The source added that Rachel is trying to take every day as it comes and is concentrating on her career at the moment.

Although the pair became close during last year’s series of Dancing on Ice, Rachel and Brendyn first met during training in November 2021.

Rachel and Brendyn became the third couple to be eliminated from the show following injuries that Rachel received during training.

The Bring It All Back hitmaker then revealed she had broken up with property developer Alex a few months later – just one month before their 13th wedding anniversary.

Taking to her Instagram last year to announce the news, she wrote: “I just wanted to share with you all that after time and consideration the difficult decision has been made for Alex and I to separate.

“While we are no longer partners in marriage, we will remain partners in parenthood to our beautiful girls and continue with love and respect for each other.”

She added: “I feel so incredibly grateful for the life we built together and will now continue to be focused on moving forward united as a family.”

Meanwhile, Brendyn who was born in Seattle is married to 2020’s Dancing on Ice reserve skater Jessica.

However, the pair split two years ago with Jessica returning to the US where she has been working as a nurse as well as taking part in the Disney On Ice tour.

The news come after Rachel returned to work at Heart FM following the death of S Club 7 bandmate Paul Cattermole.
