Strictly Come Dancing favourite Shirley Ballas has paraded her fabulous figure while showing off her impressive weight loss.
The 62-year-old dancer, who joined the glitzy BBC One show back in 2017, is no stranger to keeping her followers updated on her day-to-day life.
And on Monday (July 10) Shirley was flaunting the results of her recent weight loss as she posed with her stomach on show.

Taking to her Instagram, the pro dancer uploaded a stunning snap of her standing in front of a mirror.
Shirley rolled her top up, giving fans an eyeful of her toned physique as she struck a gorgeous pose while standing side-on.
The stunner held her phone over her face for the snap and also rocked a pair of black denim jeans – which did wonders for her figure.
Alongside the snap, Shirley shared a major achievement with fans and wrote: “Oh yes I got in those trousers you know the pair you leave in your closet for twenty years.
“Sometimes they zip up and other times they don’t. Still snug but working hard at the gym and healthy eating ready for @bbcstrictly.”
It comes after comes after the presenters, judges and professional dancers were confirmed for the 21st series of the long-running BBC Show.
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman were confirmed to once again be returning to host the show as a host of new celebrity contestants take to the floor in a bid to win the Glitterball Trophy.
But the BBC also confirmed that Shirley Ballas will be returning to the judging panel this year, alongside the likes of Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, and Anton Du Beke.
The corporation also confirmed that she will be retaking her place as the head of the panel, and will have the deciding vote for any dance-off incase there is a split decision.
Many of the fan-favourite professional dancers that will be returning to the show include Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova, Graziano Di Prima, Amy Dowden, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk and Giovanni Pernice.
Jowita Przystal, Johannes Radebe, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley, Michelle Tsiakkas and Vita Coppola will also take to the floor once again.
This was after Shirley previously confirmed that talks were underway for her to return as a judge, despite rumours stating otherwise.
