The head Strictly Come Dancing judge is known for her stellar dance skills and glamorous displays on the BBC One dance competition.
And Wednesday’s post was no different when Shirley Ballas showcased her stunning physique in a gorgeous bikini as she celebrated her impressive weight loss this week.
Loyal fans of the northern beauty will know that the presenter has pushed herself to the limits this week after she successfully completed a Skyathlon in memory of her late brother David.

Over the challenging week, the mum-of-one revealed that she has lost nine pounds while raising money for the suicide prevention charity Calm.
It’s clear to see all her hard work has paid off as she showcased her trim physique in the tiny two piece while she posed up a storm in her back garden.
The TV star could be seen wearing a colourful bikini which celebrated her washboard abs and endless legs as she worked her best angles for the camera.
In another shot, she could be seen in a black and gold floral bikini which hugged her hourglass physique that she styled with a pair of nude wedge heels.
She also shared a series of snaps in bright swimsuits which put her killer curves on display as the dance expert proved that age is just a number.
Shirley added a full face of glamorous makeup which celebrated her youthful glow with a pinch of blush on the apples of her cheeks.
The starlet finished the look with lashings of black mascara and a swipe of nude pink lipstick as she flashed her pearly whites to the camera.
It didn’t take long before her adoring followers showered her with compliments immediately after posting, with one user commenting: “Holy moly [fire emoji] absolutely drop dead gorgeous! [heart emoji].”
Another agreed: “Absolutely stunning… an inspiration to all women” as a third echoed: “Wow Shirley what a body [three heart-eye emojis].”

It comes after she successfully raised more than £35,000 for Calm to mark the death of her brother David who died by suicide back in 2003 at the age of 44.
In the nail-biting challenge, the 62-year-old pro dancer was tasked with taking on the fastest zipline in the world, soaring for 1.5km over Penrhyn Quarry.
Then she took to the skies for a wing walk, flying up to 110mph whist strapped to the rig of an aeroplane and finishing off by skydiving at 13,000 feet – all while facing her fear of flying.
