The following day (March 29), Steven Smith, 35, was arrested and charged with concealment of a human corpse.

Police declared to have seen video footage of Steve tossing the actor’s body from the car, to which he later confessed after being interviewed by the cops for his involvement in another case.

The suspect had informed authorities that a female named “Pam” had approached him and asked him to help her dispose of the body of a person who had overdosed.
