This Morning viewers were left distracted even before the titles rolled ahead of the latest episode of the ITV daytime show.
Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond were back on the famous blue sofa on Friday (June 9).
However, before they kicked off the programme, Dermot, TV vet Dr Scott Miller and some members of the crew recreated the iconic dance routine from The Full Monty.

Lined up in a queue, Dermot, Scott and some other colleagues could be seen thrusting to Donna Summer’s Hot Stuff made famous by the 90s cult movie when the gang line up to collect their money from the post office.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “OMG, the way that Full Monty tribute intro on @thismorning @ITV made me LOL! Dr Scott, hello, and as for Dermot, the dude needs to get into proper acting.”
Another added: “WTF was that at the start, oh and thanks for close up of Dermot’s crotch”
A third person posted: “Dermot and the #thismorning crew doing the full Monty dance” alongside a series of crying laughing face emojis.
The reason why Dermot and co took part in the routine was in honour of their guest Robert Carlyle, who famous played Gaz in The Full Monty.
Actor Robert is appearing on the ITV daytime show to promote the gang returning for a Disney+ series two decades since they first strutted their stuff.
The movie star previously admitted he had some initial reservations about revisiting The Full Monty.
He told Radio Times: “There is a certain amount of hesitation about it, because you don’t want to do anything that’s in any way going to downgrade the memory of the film, so at first you’re like… ‘Are you sure about this?’
“It was through conversations with Simon and then eventually looking at the scripts and saying, ‘I can see what this is, he’s taken it on and it’s 25 years later… that was then, this is now.'”
The eight-part series, Carlyle insisted, is “not trying to remake The Full Monty” – for one thing, the old gang won’t be getting their kit off.
