An explosive new trailer for Bravo reality series Vanderpump Rules has shown Ariana Madix tell her ex Tom Sandoval she wants him “to die” – after confessing they only had sex four times a year.
After being together for a decade, their highly-publicised relationship came crashing down when Tom cheated on his partner with co-star Raquel Leviss.
And the new mid-season 10 trailer sees Tom rifling through his kitchen cupboards as he asked Ariana: “You want anything?”

She can then be heard calmly responding: “For you to die.”
The teaser shows the first footage of the aftermath of ‘Scandoval’ since the news first broke earlier this month.
Tom told his ex: “I wish we both would’ve tried harder.”
Ariana told Tom he “does not deserve one f***ing tear of mine”.
It comes after the pair confessed that they only sleep together “like four times a year”, with Ariana explaining: “I cannot have sex with someone who feels like a stranger.”
In another clip, Ariana can be seen breaking down as she screams at her ex in what promises to be an explosive show moment.
Season 10 of the reality show was extended after the scandal was exposed, with Ariana dumping Tom after discovering a sexually explicit video of Raquel on her ex’s phone.
She later found they had been “communicating inappropriately” for almost a year – since July 2022.
One source told Page Six: “Ariana was blindsided by the cheating.”
Both Tom and Raquel have since apologised, with Tom writing on Instagram: “I want to first and foremost apologise to everyone I’ve hurt through this process.

“Most of all, I want to apologise to Ariana. I made mistakes. I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No-one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly.”
Raquel – who is 12 years younger than Tom – also “privately reached out” to Ariana, according to various sources, but “didn’t hear back”.
She also released a public apology which read: “I want to apologise for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships.
“There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.”
