Amanda Holden, 53, bares toned midriff in crop top as fans can’t take eyes off one thing

Amanda Holden had fans flustered as she stepped out in a teeny crop top and matching skirt, baring her toned midriff.

But fans of the Britain’s Got Talent judge were left distracted as she posed beside her pal and Amanda & Alan’s Italian Job co-star Alan Carr for a cheeky snap. Amanda dressed in beach casual, donning a black-and-white geometric print co-ord set comprised of an ankle-length skirt and matching strappy top.

A stripe of tanned tummy was left on display as Amanda matched things up with a simple straw hat and white trainers, letting her blonde hair loose and clutching emergency sunglasses in her hands while grinning at the camera.

Next to her, Alan wore a pale yellow button-up shirt embroidered with flowers and a simple pair of navy cargo shorts. Along with his usual specs, the comedian matched Amanda’s casual look with a pair of buttercup-hued sneakers.

Amanda wrote alongside her Instagram snap: “Caption this!” – and fans rushed to do just that. But plenty couldn’t keep their eyes off her mind-boggling geometric print outfit, with one writing: “It’s making my eyes go funny!” Someone else quickly followed up: “Amanda what are you wearing, it’s stunning!”

“Amanda I think I’m pattern sensitive… you are making my legs wobble,” somebody else agreed. A fourth fan said: “Beautiful photo of you both, you look stunning Amanda.”

It comes after the Heart FM radio host confirmed she “won’t cover up” while judging BGT – despite previously breaking Ofcom records with complaints over her racy ensembles. She told The Sun in 2023: “There’s now a whole body of people that knock on my door and come and stare at my chest before we go on air.

“There’s a t*t committee. There are so many brilliant people, they come down, knock on the door and there’s the lady who’s the producer who said, ‘Mandy, it looks great’.”

Amanda received 235 Ofcom complaints for her plunging navy gown back in 2020, which viewers slammed as being “too revealing” for a family programme. In 2017, a Julien MacDonald dress – costing a whopping £11,250 – sparked fury with its low neckline, attracting 663 Ofcom complaints – the most complained about TV moment that year.

Explaining more about that particular gown, Amanda said: “I had bits of fish wire underneath my breasts trying to hold that together. But, look, I’m from a small-chest family, plus you know I’m 48 years old. It’s all quite laughable, but all everyone seems to talk about.”

She’s even joked she needs an agent for her boobs, joking: “I am seriously thinking my girls need separate representation to me, because they are known on their own. They don’t need me, they’re going to go off and do Piers Morgan’s Life Stories on their own next year!”
