Amanda Holden has dished the dirt on Simon Cowell’s buff bod, revealing that the telly titan is flexing some serious muscle to outshine new Britain’s Got Talent judge Bruno Tonioli.
The music mogul, usually spotted in his trademark black shoes, bootleg jeans and crisp white shirt, has switched up his style game for the latest series of the hit ITV talent show. He’s now opting for something a bit more sporty, with the work-outs to go with it.
Swapping out the denim, Simon’s now squeezing into compression tops to flaunt his beefed-up physique. Spilling the beans to The Sun, Amanda couldn’t help but gush over Simon’s wardrobe revamp.

She said: “He has been doing his press-ups backstage. Simon’s impressive, he’s got some guns. He’s doing it to compete with Bruno! Bruno’s got his pecs, but he does his press-ups in the privacy of his own home.

“I managed to video Simon doing it. I was like, ‘I’m not missing that. I’m putting that all over social media’. He’s embracing his sporty side this series. He’s been turning up in tracksuit bottoms and a compression top.
“But the compression top shows off his best bits. I think he’s quite proud of his pecs and his guns. Simon’s got the pecs factor.”

Chipping in about his pre-show pump-up, Simon confessed: “I just do tons of push-ups every day to keep fit. We are kind of hanging around a lot backstage, so if I’ve got ten minutes, I’ll just do a few push-ups.”
Bruno couldn’t help but quip: “If you do press-ups before the show, it lifts your chest muscles. He’s trying to compete with me. I remember maybe 40 years ago we were in Majorca and he used to do it before going out.”

The latest run of Britain’s Got Talent has kicked off with a bang, as several acts have already snagged the coveted Golden Buzzer. But not all viewers are chuffed with the outcomes, with some fans kicking up a fuss, claiming certain acts were “robbed.”
One choir wowed the audience so much so that they demanded they be awarded the Golden Buzzer, turning to social media to vent: #BGT wtf why have they not been given the #goldenbuzzer that choir was completely incredible. That was with a few of them. Imagine all 200. It’s going to sound heavenly. There’s my winner for the series. Choir but in a new way. Love it.”
