EastEnders fans reckon one character’s time on the soap is coming to an end.
Over in Walford recently, bad guy Nish Panesar rocked up – with the big news that he is dying. At first, the Panesar clan was hesitant to let him back into their lives.
As expected, ex-wife Suki didn’t care, nor did his children Vinny and Ravi – they even accused Nish of lying about it. But after Ravi shoved his dad, Nish was rushed to hospital.

The Panesar family all arrived at the hospital where it was confirmed by a nurse that he he needed a new heart. And despite thinking he had years left to live, Nish was told it was now much shorter than that.

The nurse also informed him he might not survive long enough to get a transplant on the waiting list. Nish was gutted – meanwhile, Suki cracked a sly smirk.
Due to Nish’s death looming, his son Ravi put their feud in the past and rallied around him – but the same couldn’t be said for his ex-wife Suki. His other son Vinny also refused to have nothing to do with him.
However, he later had a change of heart and promised Nish to be there for him, especially as their days are limited. But in a big twist, it was revealed that Vinny is playing Nish, with the help do Suki, in a bid to make sure he leaves him the Panesar empire.
But after a conversation between Vinny and Ravi, fans fear Vinny’s days are numbered. During an episode this week, Ravi sat down vinny to try and uncover his true attentions.

But Vinny managed to pull the wool over his eyes, and said something which fans say has ‘sealed’ his future on the soap. Looking his brother in the eyes, he said: “I swear on my life.”
Fans were left in a frenzy, claiming that Vinny has foreshadowed his death on the soap. On a Reddit thread, one person said: “Anyone else think Vinny is on borrowed time?”
“There was a comment again about ‘swearing on [his] life” and I just get the sense that’s where this is building up,” they added. Someone else replied: “Yes. I think Vinny is a goner sadly. Ravi made a comment today too which made me look at him a bit worriedly.”
