Below Deck star Hayley De Sola Pinto recently shared a video from her workout session in a teeny two piece.
In the clip, Hayley wore a black sports bra, a matching pair of leggings and black sports shoes as she used the gym machine to workout. The reality star wore her iconic red hair in a half up-half down style and went makeup free to embrace her natural beauty for the session.
She tucked a white t-shirt into her waist band and used all her strength to push the weights down, before adding the caption: “Nearly popped an implant doing this [laughing and shocked emojis].”

Hayley added Nicki Minaj’s song Buy A Heart over the top of the video, which she posted on her Instagram Story. The Bravo icon has previously spoken to Daily Star about her implants and admitted that the surgery helped her to feel “sexier”.
In the exclusive interview, the redhead explained: “I’m 34 now and I had breast implants two years ago, that made me feel a hell of a lot sexier. My surgery has healed and it’s all very natural looking, my boobs, they fit me and my body shape. That’s made me feel sexier!”
She admitted that before she went on Below Deck, she was worried how she would be received by viewers for the way she looks. Hayley said: “I thought: ‘Oh god, I’m going to get so much negative feedback for the way I look,’ everyone else that was filming the show with me was tiny, size eight…”
“I thought I’d look like a whale compared to all of them! But, that being said, when I watched it I thought: ‘I actually look alright!’ Watching yourself on TV, yeah, you can get some bad angles but mostly I was quite happy with how I looked.”
The star had no reason to worry about the viewers as over the years, many of them have showered her in compliments. Hayley says they frequently message her to tell her she “looks amazing” and her “body is beautiful”.
“On Below Deck, fans would say: ‘It’s nice to see a full figured woman!’ Obviously I’ve had a bit of hate but actually, mostly people compliment me. [Below Deck] is not the reason I feel confident, but it’s helped me along this journey.”
