Amanda Holden has never been afraid to flash the flesh with her dazzling looks.
And it’s fair to say the beloved judge didn’t fail to impress during the latest Britain’s Got Talent semi-final. The blonde bombshell, 53, left little to the imagination when she pushed the fashion boundaries with a daring wet-look dress on Thursday, 30th May.
Her golden number sent temperatures soaring and clung to her toned physique as she stepped out on stage alongside her co-stars Bruno Tonioli, Alesha Dixon and Simon Cowell. Her sensational dress featured a plunging neckline that was struggled to contain her ample assets as she watched another eight acts take to the stage.

She accessorised her ensemble with a selection of oversized bangles which complimented the teardrop gold and diamond earrings. She styled her honey blonde tresses in loose beach waves which cascaded over her shoulders, reports OK!.
The mum-of-two finished the look with a full face of makeup which celebrated her youthful glow with a pinch of blush on the apples of her cheeks. She added a touch of bronzer on the high points of her face which complimented the gold eyeshadow on her lid.
To complete the ensemble she added lashings of black mascara and a swipe of nude pink lipstick which she topped with lip gloss. Her gorgeous bronzed skin practically glowed underneath the stage lights as she waved to the audience before taking to her seat.
It didn’t take long before the star was flooded with compliments from adoring fans watching from home. Taking to X – formerly known as Twitter – one user penned: “Golden Holden, this dress is beautiful and you are beautiful in it.”
Another admirer added: “It looks absolutely amazing.” Labelling her as “absolute perfection”, a third fan gushed: “Gosh, you look beautiful Amanda. Really enjoying the live shows. It amazes me how you and Alesha look so different every night.”
It comes after Amanda became the subject of an astounding 663 OfCom complaints back in 2017 for her daring ensemble. At the time, she donned an £11,000 Julien Macdonald dress that left much of her chest and stomach exposed.
Reflecting on the uproar caused by the outfit, Amanda reminisced, saying: “That dress was hysterical it was Julien Macdonald. I had bits of fish wire underneath my breasts trying to hold that together.
“But, look, I’m from a small-chest family, plus you know I’m 48 years old. It’s all quite laughable, but all everyone seems to talk about. It’s been called another national crisis but, oh no, I will not be covered up.”
Amanda has responded to the critics of her choice in attire throughout her career. During an interview with Tyla, she mentioned: “I dress for myself and I’ve always dressed for myself and I really enjoy fashion and I’m okay with it is all I’ll say.”
“I don’t lose any sleep over it and I never set out to offend anybody. But I think these days you’re unable to not offend – there’s no way of winning. So you have to stay true to yourself and wear what you want.”
Moreover, during a Q&A session with her fellow BGT judges in April 2023, Amanda addressed the buzz around her clothing choices. She explained: “It’s like the problem is everyone talking about my t*ts, while these two [Simon and Bruno] all the time..”
“[Simon’s] shirt’s always undone and [Bruno’s] stripping off. No Ofcom complaints about me this year, please.”
Her remarks invited support from co-star Bruno Tonioli who defended her by saying, “I don’t understand this complaining, she’s a beautiful woman, they’re [Amanda and Alesha Dixon] beautiful women, why, what is the problem?”
