Free booze is up for grabs across the country. One major British brewery can’t stop giving away pints.
BrewDog is treating punters to a complimentary glass of Punk IPA, Punk AF, and even its Dog ‘Beer’ without charge as part of its latest campaign. Around 70 pubs will take part in the giveaway, which will last from 07.00-23.59 BST today (Thursday, July 4). Edinburgh Airport, Waterloo Arms, and Gatwick Terminal locations are excluded from the promotion.
However, there is one small catch. To claim your cold one, you will need to show bar staff a selfie of you outside your polling station.

The initiative is part of the Vote Punk campaign, encouraging Brits to exercise their democratic right in electing a new Prime Minister today. Poll stations close at 10pm.
“In life and in General Elections, we don’t always agree,” the hip brand said. “There are winners and losers, but it’s important to cast your vote and make your voice heard.
“After running Vote Punk in 2017 and 2019, we’re toasting voters by giving out pints for everyone who heads to the polls. Meet up with your mates. Argue about politics. Settle your differences over a free pint.”
Krispy Kreme is also handing out freebies for those casting their vote today. To get your hands on an original glaze doughnut, worth £2.65, customers must place their order and state ‘I voted’.
“With polling stations set to be buzzing and the vote counters preparing to work into the wee hours of the night, a Krispy Kreme doughnut will be a welcome treat as Brits exercise their democratic rights,” a spokesperson for the brand said.
