Sair Khan has been showing off her growing baby bump in glam baby shower snaps.
The 36 year old Coronation Street actress, who plays Alya Nazir in the ITV soap, is getting ready to have her first baby with her boyfriend, Nathan Chilton.
She shared pictures from her “day to remember” on Instagram, which included a visit from ex-Corrie star Tisha Merry. Sair held her bump and had a great time at the party.

Sair started her Instagram post with a photo of some pretty earrings with pearls and a bow. “A day to remember,” she said with a white heart and a baby emoji. Then she took a selfie in the car and wrote: “Mama’s on the way.”, reports the Mirror.
When she got to the party, there was a sign that said “Sair’s baby shower” with the date (March 24) and lots of cream and silver balloons. Sair looked fab in a cream dress with long sleeves, a high neck, and sparkles as she stood by the balloons.
Later, Sair showed that her partner Nathan was there too. They cut a big cake together that said: “We can barely wait.” Sair put this picture on her Instagram Story and wrote: “We can barely wait to meet you,” with another baby emoji.
Tisha, who was Steph Britton on Corrie, shared some lovely photos on Instagram from the baby shower. She wrote: “The most beautiful day celebrating @sairkhan baby shower. I honestly can’t wait to watch you both become parents. Love you and promise to be there for the baby sitting duties.”
Sair and Nathan have had a tough journey to becoming parents. Sair told everyone that Nathan had to have surgery for chondroblastoma – a rare bone tumour that’s not cancer.
They told everyone they were going to have a baby in December. She said: “Hello… It’s been a little while since posting on here which has been a real mix of emotions. With all that is happening in the world, it didn’t feel like the right time to share but we also know it’s okay to keep hope and pray for peace whilst acknowledging that we feel blessed and grateful. Last year was a challenging time for us both with Nathan’s chondroblastoma surgery on his pelvis.”
She also said back then: “It’s been a long road to recovery and still has many obstacles ahead as we deal with the spread of the tumour to his lungs. Life can be difficult and there’ll always be challenges to face but there are also important lessons to be learnt and gifts to be cherished.”
