Sadly, those moments are rare now. Blame the phones and people who don’t dance, I think.”
The star expressed gratitude for the support, saying: “I am so grateful for my fans, but I got into music because I love dancing. It’s a lost artform at the moment, I think.”
In the wake of the tragic announcement, electronic duo Disclosure took to social media to honour him, posting: “Can’t believe this. Heartbroken. Thank you for all the amazing memories and inspiration Jack. This is just awful awful awful.”
A throwback from CamelPhat, the stalwart EDM pair, appeared on Revill’s Instagram feed, sharing: “Can’t believe what I’m reading… in an industry full of Ego you were hands down one of the nicest fellas we ever met along the way. Our thoughts are with family and friends. RIP my friend x.”

DJ Annie Mac also expressed her sorrow over Jack’s untimely demise. She wrote: ” Devastated to hear of the tragic death of Jack Revill aka @jackmaster. He was hands down one of the best DJs in the U.K; fearless and forward thinking, committed to the job at hand. “.
She further stated: “He was so charismatic, so fun, so sound, one of those guys who lit up a room. I always loved to see and speak to him. He was only thirty eight. I can’t believe he’s gone. Sending all my love and thoughts to his family and his loved ones.”
