Elvis Presley’s historic Graceland home is set to be sold at an auction as his grand-daughter battles to stop the hammer going down.
Last week, a public notice announced a foreclosure sale on Thursday of the Memphis property and surrounding land.
It claimed the Promenade Trust, which operates Graceland, owes £3million to Naussany Investments and Private Lending to repay a loan that the property was used as collateral against.

Elvis’s grand-daughter Riley Keough, 34, who inherited the home from her late mum Lisa Marie Presley, is challenging the sale claiming it is “fraudulent.”
She claims Lisa Marie never borrowed the money. “While the documents bear signatures that look like the signatures of Lisa Marie Presley, Lisa Marie Presley did not, in fact, sign the documents,” the lawsuit states.
She has reportedly obtained a temporary restraining order which is set to delay the auction.
Keough’s lawyers and Graceland did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
