Ex-Neighbours star Scarlett Vas about to welcome new baby with her stepbrother

Ex- Neighbours actor Scarlet Vas is due to give birth in a month and the dad is her stepbrother.

Scarlett, who is known for playing police officer Mishti Sharma on the Australian show, married her non-blood sibling, Tayo Ricci, in Mykonos last year. They had known each other since they were teenagers.

Their parents got together first, making them family, but their love was too strong to let it change anything.

The happy news was revealed on Instagram, with a video showing the baby’s heartbeat with the caption: “Baby Ricci, our Christmas miracle.”

The couple have faced trolling online over their relationship but they say it doesn’t affect them.

Scarlett said: “I don’t really read our comments section, but if I do, I actually laugh. We find trolls very entertaining. If something’s really negative, we might comment back, we find it is quite a good disarming tactic.”

Both Scarlett and Tayo glistened on their Greek island wedding day, both in white and looking a million dollars.

But the couple’s big day also left fans cringing, after a video was shared to Instagram of her and Tayo exchanging vows.

In the footage, Tayo asks his bride to rate his kiss “out of 10”.

“Okay,” Scarlet says in a baby voice. “You may kiss the bride.”

Her stud groom then plants one on her and she says: “Oh my gosh… 1,000!”

Scarlett boasts an impressive 2.4m followers on Instagram and has appeared in a number of viral TikTok videos. She has 6.2m followers on TikTok.
