National Sibling Day is already upon us, and there are no siblings closer than the twins featured on TLC reality show Extreme Sisters.
These sisters really love to do everything together – including washing each other “all over” in the shower and sharing boyfriends. Others have married identical twins and welcomed identical babies; two sisters even climbed into a birthing bath together in a very unique moment on the programme.
For Australian twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque, sharing a boyfriend means “double the pleasure”. The siblings regularly share videos with their partner Ben Byrne, both kissing him at the same time and sharing a bed with him. He even proposed to both sisters back in 2021.

In a cheeky caption showing the girls lavishing attention on Ben, they penned: “Double your pleasure! Double your fun!” Anna and Lucy say they think of each other as being one united person, and do everything the same – from how they dress to what they eat.
Bathing together

It might not be too weird for young sisters to share a bath, but once you get to a certain age, those habits tend to dry up. But not for Anna and Lucy, who take showers together and wash each other.
The sisters explained on the TLC show: “We wake up together, we shower together, we go to the toilet at the same time. In the past we’ve shared a job. That worked, but only one of us got paid so one of us volunteered. At least we were together!”

An accompanying video showed them naked in the shower together, rubbing their hands all over one another as they attempted to get clean, before going to the loo together. For Jessica Dunagana and Christina Manning, the pair enjoyed a “spiritual” naked bath together while preparing for Christina’s water birth.
While naked Christina sat in the tub, Jessica said: “I think I should get naked. Let’s both be spiritual. I’m on my period though.” Her sister told her to insert a tampon, as Jessica explained: “During the birth, I’m going to be in the tub. I’m going to be right there next to her, pulling the baby out.”
Plastic surgery confession

The DeCinque sisters admitted that if one of them undergoes plastic surgery, the other has to as well. The pair have undergone lip filler treatments, skin needling and laser procedures together, but admitted they “regret” splashing $250,000 on the combined procedures.
The sisters also got matching boob jobs in a bid to look more alike, once undergoing 14 beauty procedures in just two weeks. Anna told The Today Show: “Over the years, we’ve been depressed on the way we looked and we have a change of heart.
“We felt a bit embarrassed of what we looked like before. We feel a lot better now. We’re really proud of where we’re at today. We’re a lot confident, we’re a lot happier.”
Double pregnancy bid

Anna and Lucy have often been called the “world’s most identical twins” – and they’re living up to that label by asking boyfriend Ben to impregnate them both at the same time.
In one racy video, the pair climbed under the sheets with their exhausted-looking boyfriend, declaring: “Come on, let’s start making babies!” As Ben got out of bed after a job well done to grab a bottle of water, both girls lay with their legs up against the wall to maximise their chances of getting pregnant.
Ben admitted it’s a “lot of pressure” to attempt to get both women pregnant at once – but it looks like he’s up for the challenge.

Sisters Brooke and Baylee still share a bed with each other… despite one of them being married. Brooke married husband Denver, who wasn’t too pleased to have Baylee crawling into bed alongside them for “three of the last four nights”.
But Brooke admitted: “When we were kids, no matter where we stayed, Baylee and I always shared a bed. That was just kind of our safe space with each other.” When Denver raised his concerns to his wife, Brooke suggested he move to the middle of the bed and be sandwiched by each sister.
He only fumed: “That’s not the point. That’s not the resolution.” Brooke confessed she needs to “detach from my sister a little bit, but it’s so hard, […] because she’s my best friend.”
