Gemma Collins has finally stopped worrying about losing weight.
The reality star suffered from crippling insecurities for decades because she was unhappy with her body. But at 43 she’s now learned to be happy in her own skin.
She told the Daily Star Sunday: “I’m accepting who I am now. I don’t want the stress anymore. What am I going to do… live my life worrying about being thin? I’m over it, hun. And that is it.”

Being blissfully happy with fiancee Rami Hawash has helped give Gemma confidence.
The couple are engaged and it’s given her a massive boost.
She said: “I’ve got a gorgeous man that loves me the way I am. Rami finds me attractive and I find myself attractive… that’s all I care about.
“When I first met him I was a size 14 or 16. I’m a size 24 now and I just don’t give a s***. I just don’t.”
Gemma is happy to keep her curvy figure so long as she is in good health. The former I’m A Celebrity campmate has an active lifestyle that keeps her on track.
She said: “I am obviously health conscious. I’m always on the go. I’m not eating all the time.
“I had my cholesterol and all my bloods taken the other day and it was all totally normal.
“I’m big but I don’t have problems. I don’t need statins. We need more celebrations for the curvier girls.”
Gemma worries that youngsters struggle to be as confident as she is because of social media. In fact, she reckons some apps are becoming a serious problem.
She said: “We are in dangerous waters when it comes to Instagram. Everyone has become like an anime version of themselves on there. That’s really scary.
“Everyone has got to remember that you have to find peace with yourself.”
