Susanna Reid was forced to shut down her GMB co-star after they made an age comment.
The ITV show returned for another episode on Wednesday (May 22). And it was Susanna and Martin Lewis who were back at the helm to deliver the latest news and headlines from across the globe.
Joining the pair was Entertainment Editor and show favourite Richard Arnold, to discuss ITV soap Emmerdale celebrating its 10,000th episode. But things took a cheeky turn when Susanna took a swipe at her co-star.

After watching back a clip of the very first episode of the soap, Richard said: “l remember it.” He added while laughing: “I’m the oldest person on the desk.”
But Susanna was quick to disagree and shut him down. She proclaimed: “No you’re not! We’re the same age, we were two or three when it started!”
Richard then went on to recall how he could remember watching the soap right from the very start. He said: “And I just remember it always being on at lunch time, at my nan’s.”
Susanna then took a cheeky swipe at her co-star and said: “That was a good memory for a three-year-old!” Giggling, Richard replied: “Yeah it is.”
In other GMB news, last week Kate Garraway sent the show into a spin after making a dig about her co-host Robert Rinder. After having seen a throwback snap of Rob, Kate initially praised Rob for his looks.
She then said: “It’s great that you always had that bleach blond look, even back then!” A bemused Rob did not respond as he tried to take in the comment, as Charlotte began to laugh hysterically.
Kate, not having realised her gaffe, tried to explain herself further, saying that she believed he always had been bleaching his hair blond. But Robert was quick to jump on her idea.
He asked: “What do you mean, ‘bleach blond’?” Garraway, hesitating for a moment, asked in return: “Wait, you’re not bleach blond?” to which Robert shook his head.
