Gogglebox icon Ellie Warner had fans rushing to support her after some horrible news.
The Yorkshire salon owner has made millions of people laugh as she watches the week’s television together with her partner, as well as her sister Izzy. The Channel 4 show has catapulted Ellie to a huge new stage, rich with fame and fortune.
However, Ellie has been able to keep herself humble and modest, and continues to run the salon she proudly calls her own. But now, Ellie has called on the public to help her as she said her salon had been robbed by an unknown man who had broken into the store.

Taking to her social media platforms, she shared a grainy photo of a man, with a simple question. “Anybody recognise this man?” she wrote.
She explained further: “He broke in to our salon in Leeds city centre at 4am on Tuesday morning. He spent 40 minutes to enter the salon and stole the most random things.”
In the snap, which came from the shop’s CCTV cameras, a man in a black outfit was seen as he made his way into the salon. He covered his face with a grey cap and kept his head down in an attempt to not be recognised.

The TV star went on to say: “He took a few peoples kit bags which contain hairdressing equipment which second hand is not worth much but expensive to replace individually and some things of sentimental value! The damage he has caused to the building is more than the value of the items he’s taken, it was the most bizarre burglary!”
She appealed to anyone who lived on North Street in Leeds city centre to get in touch to help her in finding the culprit. Upon posting the message, the star of the Channel 4 reality show was inundated with message of love and support from fans.

One fan, struck by the admission, rushed to the comments section to make their feelings heard. “Sorry that happened to you Ellie,” they wrote.
“Some people seem to have a compulsion to steal,” they continued. “I worked in retail and people stole the most random things, from used pens at the till to a cup with tea in it. It’s dreadful you have lost your lost your items of both personal and monetary value. I hope you find him.”
A second user said: “I can’t even like this post because it feels so wrong. As a fellow stylist who has also had a break in and lost all my kit it’s so sad.”

Whilst a third said: “Sorry to hear this, hope he gets caught soon.” A fourth simply said: “Aww no, gutted for you guys.”
It comes as she recently celebrated her son Ezra’s first birthday, where she pulled out all the stops for the baby’s first party. She uploaded a series of snaps including an adorable pic of the baby boy being cuddled by his parents.
Writing in the caption, Warner wrote: “Early 1st birthday celebrations for Ezra! Got to milk your 1st birthday. I just wanted to show off the cake I made really.”
