Social media users reckon the ‘hardest picture of all time’ features a rather unlikely subject – one of the Chuckle Brothers.
Paul and Barry Chuckle captivated British audiences for years, starring in the likes of ChuckleVision and the kids’ game show To Me, To You!, named after their famous catchphrase.
While Barry tragically died in 2018, aged 73, Paul continued to make the nation laugh. The star – real name Paul Harman Elliott – recently wowed followers with an image of him leaning against a car in an all-black outfit and sunglasses as he grinned at the camera. The vehicle even bore the licence plate “2 me 2 you”.

Captioning a post of the photo on X (formerly Twitter), a fan wrote: “Hardest picture of all time.” Fellow followers were quick to agree, with one writing: “Surprised the car is holding up,” to which the original poster responded: “It runs on pure sex power.”
“Absolute top lad doing the appropriate numbers there,” said another. A third chimed in: “Gangster,” and another joked: “‘You chuckling at me?’.” “Baller alert,” wrote another, followed by a siren emoji.
While the pair had seen success before ChuckleVision graced our screens, the show – which aired over 22 years and 292 episodes – is what the brothers are best known for. The show began in 1987 and ran until 2009.
In January 2018 the quirky series was voted one of the greatest children’s TV shows of all time by a panel of experts from Radio Times. The following year it was branded the best CBBC show of all time by the same publication’s readers.
Barry passed away following a period of ill health, turning the duo into a solo act. Paul later revealed his brother had suffered from bone cancer in the lead-up to his death and said in the wake of his co-star’s passing: “I’ve not just lost my brother, I’ve lost my theatrical partner of many, many years and my very best friend.”
