Kim Kardashian strips completely topless under open fur coat after grisly injury

Kim Kardashian looked incredible as she went completely topless underneath a leopard-print coat for a racy Balenciaga shoot

The reality star, 43, left swathes of side-boob on display in the sultry snaps, slipping into a pair of high-waisted black trousers and heeled boots – but nothing else underneath her furry coat. The effect left Kim’s boobs perfectly framed by fabric, and she seemed unconcerned while risking a major nip slip.

Later, Kim even dared to let the coat slip off her bare shoulders while clutching an oversized leather bag full of secret pockets and buckles. She added a pair of futuristic brown shades that acted like a visor around her face and didn’t smile while sporting a pastel pink pout for the occasion.

More noticeable were the two white bandages Kim was sporting on the index and middle finger of her left hand. Her middle seemed to be encased in blue plastic after an injury she hasn’t yet disclosed, and they made a strangely suited statement alongside her brown ensemble.

Kim had headed to Paris for Fashion Week, securing front-row seats at the Balenciaga show alongside Salma Hayek. She made the choice to don a black lace dress with the label still attached – leading fans to wonder if she’d made a massive faux pas.

The Balenciaga price tag was seen swinging from the back of her dress on the red carpet, but by the time she was seated, it had been removed. Kim herself became a brand ambassador for the fashion house in January 2024 – despite its controversial ad campaign in 2022.

Kim slammed the brand at the time, which showed a little girl holding a teddy bear dressed in bondage gear. She was surrounded by whips and chains in the shocking images, which aimed to promote things like a spiked dog bowl and a harness.

Kim said at the time: “As a mother of four, I have been shaken by the disturbing images. I appreciate Balenciaga’s removal of the campaigns and apology. In speaking with them, I believe they understand the seriousness of the issue and will take the necessary measures for this to never happen again.”

“As for my future with Balenciaga, I am currently re-evaluating my relationship with the brand, basing it off their willingness to accept accountability for something that should have never happened to begin with — and the actions I am expecting to see them take to protect children.”

The brand released a statement which read: “Our plush bear bags should not have been featured with children in this campaign. We have immediately removed the campaign from all platforms. We strongly condemn the abuse of children in any form. We stand for children’s safety and well-being.”
