A séance was held at the world’s largest metal festival to connect with Lemmy from Motorhead ghost – that ‘found him’ riding a horse and eating pizza.
Spooky singer Brocarde, who married and divorced the ghost of a Victorian soldier, was invited by Wacken Open Air Festival, the largest heavy metal festival in the world, to try and communicate with the spirit of the world-famous rockstar.
The Motorhead frontman’s ashes were scattered last year at the festival site, an area they call The Holy Ground, and there is a memorial on site in his memory.

She channelled Lemmy’s spirit, who she says was riding a black stallion horse and holding a slice of pizza.
Brocarde said: “I wondered why he was holding a slice of pizza, because it’s not the norm when riding a horse.”
She added: “I tried to reach him using drowsing rods, but he didn’t want to play by those rules, that was totally Lemmy, and the first time my rods have failed to show any movement at all during a s ance.
“Then, I felt my body completely consumed, like I was taken somewhere else, tears were welling in my eyes, he told me that he was still alive.
“He said the purpose of life is not to die, and he wanted to be alive in death.
“I felt like those words will be a comfort to many who want to keep his memory alive.
“His energy is obviously something that hasn’t died, and that’s why he’s still with us today at Wacken.”
The altar that she created also played homage to Lemmy, with an ace of spades playing card, the only card that matters, and a bottle of Jack Daniel’s, which Brocarde used to raise a toast to the late Motorrhead frontman.
“I knew I had to come to Wacken to participate in something that had a greater purpose,” said the singer”I was nervous to try to connect with the spirit of Lemmy as he is treasured by many, and I didn’t know how I would deal with it if he had a message for me.
“I worried about how that could be perceived, I felt the only way to deal with what was revealed to me, is to have a don’t care about what people think attitude, inspired by Lemmy himself.”
Brocarde explained how she tried to reach the late singer.
“There was also something more that Lemmy showed me, something sad, that will no doubt stick with me for a while, but I don’t feel it’s something I want to share for many reasons.”
“Lemmy was a star, and an idol to many, but he was a human, and he had a world spinning inside him that few knew about, I noticed that, when I connected with him during the ritual.”
Brocarde developed her ability to communicate with the death after a dramatic spiritual encounter with her ghost ex-husband Edwardo and is currently touring the world filming a TV show and learning more about the paranormal world.
“Her ghost encounters have seen her featured on multiple TV programmes such as Say Yes to the Dress, This Morning, Gogglebox and First Dates, and she has collaborated with some of the world’s biggest brands.
Earlier this summer, she went ghost hunting at Download Festival and connected with the spirits of two Georgian aristocrats who were waiting to listen to Busted.
Brocarde says she is is fully embracing her spiritual awakening as she believes nothing happens without reason, and she will be releasing her new music in the Autumn, just in time for Halloween.
