Love Island fans spot clue star ‘knew they’d been axed’ in brutal double dumping

Love Island fans are convinced an axed star ‘already knew they were going home.’

The sexy sun-soaked show, fronted by Maya Jama, was back for another episode on Wednesday (June 11) after kicking off its brand new series last week. And so far, it’s fair to say it has delivered on the drama.

However, for two sexy singletons their time in the famous villa came to an end during the latest instalment. To start with, the couples were whittled down the public’s least favourite.

And in a big twist, the safe couples had a big decision to make: the boys had to decide which girl to dump, and the girls chose which boy to give the boot. The unsafe contestants were Sean, Harriet, Patsy, Munveer, Omar and Uma.

Munveer looked gutted before he was dumped – and fans reckon it was a sign he knew he was being dumped by the girls

And it was Munveer Jabbal and Patsy Field who were chosen. In emotional scenes, the pair had to say their goodbyes to leave the villa straight away.

However, fans are certain that Munveer ‘knew’ he was getting axed from the villa before he was told. As the girls that were safe discussed which boy to dump, fans claimed Munveer looked annoyed.

Rushing over to X, formerly known as Twitter, one person said: “Munveer knows he’s gone.” Someone else added: “Munveer knows he’s leaving.” A third wrote: “munveer knows he’s going.”

Other viewers were left raging at Munveer’s exit – claiming “the producers did him dirty.” One fan said: “Urgh!! How can they send home Munveer.” Someone else fumed: “Okay these producers did munveer dirty he got 6 mins of camera time all together after his mini intro.”

The girls had a big decision to make

In his exit interview, Munveer was quizzed on how it felt to be leaving. He replied: “It’s disappointing but that’s the way the cookie crumbles.

“I can’t look back and say I wish this happened or wish that happened because I had a good time. I made some really good friends. Obviously I didn’t find the one, which is why I was there but these things happen.”
