Maisie Smith has revealed the “worst thing” about her relationship with The Wanted hunk Max George.
The former EastEnders star, 22, has been dating Max, 35, since 2022, and despite a large age-gap between them, things are blossoming, with Max laying on elaborate celebrations for Valentine’s Day which sparked proposal rumours.
And now Maisie has told the Sun about the one “flaw” that “gets on her nerves” about her beau. She said: “He never puts his toothbrush in the cup. And that just gets on my nerves. I’m like, ‘Max, your toothbrush is on the sink’, and he’s like, ‘Oh sorry’.

“That is as bad as it gets, which is a pretty good position to be in. The worst thing in our relationship is that he doesn’t put his toothbrush in the cup. I’d happily settle for that.” She branded Max “the one” and said he’s “just perfect” – and “so romantic”.
Max buys Maisie flowers every week to fill the three vases in her house, and even forked out for a romantic dinner date in Dubai last February 14th, with red roses and candles. The pair have moved in together, relocating to Manchester from Essex in their little “love nest”.
She was keen to brush off concerns about the 13-year age-gap between the pair, and confessed their family and friends have “never” even discussed it. She said the comments are “irrelevant”, admitting: “No one knows what’s going on in other people’s lives and if we listened to every comment made about us, you wouldn’t do anything with your day. And that’s the least of the comments I get.”
Now the pair have dished on wedding rumours to Labrokes Live, admitting that their careers and busy schedules wouldn’t make tying the knot easy. He said: “I can tell you now that me and Maisie won’t be getting married yet and she would tell you that too.
“We are both really hungry for work and focussed on our careers. So weddings aren’t something we are thinking about. We love being together but that is on the long finger.”

Things turned slightly awkward on Good Morning Britain when the pair were asked if they had “practiced” being a married couple to take on the roles of married couple Nathaniel and Beth in the arena tour of The War of the Worlds ‘Spirit of Man’ next year.
Ed Balls asked: “Did you practise in advance? To be married?” Max confusedly answered: “I mean we live with each other and argue.” Maisie added: “We spend enough time to probably know what it’s like.”
