Martin Lewis’ wife Lara Lewington sizzles in resurfaced snaps as show is axed after 15 years

Martin Lewis’ wife Lara Lewington has left fans gobsmacked as she stripped down to a series of racy lingerie sets in a collection of unearthed snaps.

The 45-year-old, who’s been hitched to telly fave Martin Lewis since 2009, is often dubbed one of the “sexiest presenters” on the box and airwaves. In the throwback pics, the blonde bombshell flaunted her killer bod as she donned some seriously saucy smalls for the red-hot photoshoot.

Slipping into a white lingerie set, Lara struck a pose against a vivid pink background, making her sun-kissed skin-pop and her natural beauty shine through. Hands on hips, the stunner showed off her washboard abs and endless pins, towering even taller with a pair of flesh-coloured stilettos, reports the Daily Star.

Another snap captures the ex-weather girl rocking a vibrant pink bra and knickers combo as she sits pretty and flashes a dazzling smile for the camera. This time, Lara stretched out on the floor, putting her ample cleavage front and centre in the daringly low-cut lingerie.

This comes after the news broke that the Beeb has axed BBC Click show that she had worked on for the past 15 years. In a heartfelt post on social media, she said: “Here’s to the future… some PERSONAL NEWS: After 15 years of covering some of the greatest technology on earth, sadly in a few months BBC Click will gaze into the future no more. I’ve many exciting plans, documentaries to finish, being AI agony aunt on @lorraine and a compelling future health tech related project coming next year.

“The BBC gave us an amazing opportunity to cover the tech that has, and will transform our lives, in ways we could never have imagined. It is a shame to see our dear show come to an end at this moment of AI transformation and incredible acceleration in innovation and possibility, but such are the economic constraints.

She added: “Over the years I have worked with some of the most brilliant, talented, creative and quirky characters that I am happy to call the Click family My co-host @spenley has been the cleverest and most generous colleague I could have dreamt of. As always for any tech journalist, I’m excited about what comes next.”

Martin supported his wife online and typed: “Very proud husband here. And in no doubt, one door closing will see many more open.” The BBC has denied the show has been axed – it will no longer appear on TV, and the name of the show has been changed and all the presenters.”

In a statement, a BBC spokesperson said: “Our flagship Tech show, “Click”, will be relaunched and renamed “Tech Now”, shifting from its traditional TV format to one where the films work best for digital.”
