Amanda Owen has been toasting her lookalike daughter Raven’s birthday, leaving fans utterly flabbergasted by their striking resemblance and how much her sister Edith has shot up.
The Our Yorkshire Farm matriarch and her eldest of nine kids, who turned 23 at the end of April, shared snaps from the birthday bash that had fans doing a double-take. Raven, who bagged a first-class honours degree in biomedical science last year, posted a pic with her mum and Edith, who’s also a familiar face from their hit Channel 5 series. She captioned it: “Turning 23 with some people.”
But what really got tongues wagging was how much Edith, now in her mid-teens, has transformed. Fans flooded the comments, gobsmacked by Raven’s mirror image to Amanda, and Edith’s growth spurt.

“Happy Birthday. You are the image of your mum,” one fan gushed. “Happy birthday Raven, can’t get over how much Edith has changed! Beautiful ladies xx,” another exclaimed.
“Happy birthday. You look so much like your mum,” echoed a third. “My God, how Edith has shot up,” someone else chimed in, reports Birmingham Live. Amanda became a household name sharing her life on Ravenseat Farm in North Yorkshire with her brood and former hubby Clive. The couple called it quits in 2022 amid rumours Amanda had started a new chapter with businessman Robert Davies.
Following their separation, the Yorkshire shepherdess embarked on a new More4 documentary, Amanda Owen’s Farming Lives, her first solo series without her family. The star took a brief hiatus from social media but has now returned to congratulate her son Reuben on his own new TV show for Channel 5, Life in the Dales, where he operates his heavy machinery business with girlfriend Sarah.
Amanda previously discussed the difficulties of co-parenting her nine children with ex-husband Clive in an interview with Radio Times. She stated: “Look, there are two simple facts: if he thought I was brilliant, and I thought he was brilliant, then we wouldn’t have separated.
“It’s a fact, isn’t it? But, you know what, that’s not unique, it’s just how things are, pressures, all the rest of it. But we have nine kids, with associated friends, girlfriends, and we just have to get on with it.”
Clive also opened up about his significant role in the split. Speaking on ITV’s Lorraine, Clive confessed to Christine Lampard: “I sadly made a right mess of things basically. I had a massive part to play in the relationship ending.
“It’s a tough time for Amanda now and I think it’s only right, because I don’t do social media, to speak out. We filmed Our Yorkshire Farm, people loved it and it was an opportunity to make something as a family. That was what drove her. It was amazing and very successful but I handled it very badly. It was such a change in our lives and I sadly made a right mess of things basically. I had a massive part to play in the relationship ending.”
