“I used to be a real party girl and now I’m old and boring I’m all about wellness and detox and the only thing I’ve got to do is try and stop drinking gin. Because I partied for so long when I was younger then I went through a hideous time, I went through a little bit of a nervous breakdown and a horrible divorce, I was unkind to myself for a long time.

“I am now on a mission to purify myself and be the best version I can be now I’m in menopause. I had a hysterectomy in January of 2023. I had the hysterectomy because I had for years and years and years, really painful period pains and I was getting older the gap in between was getting shorter and my anxiety that I was getting every month was getting bigger.”

“I was starting to say to my agent ‘Don’t book me for work that day because I’m due on. Dno;t bok me for that day, I’m ovulating. I don’t book me for that day. I’ll be leaking. Sorry to be gross by it’s true. Leaking blood everywhere. I mean, it was just. a joke. I’d be on stage and I’d be like, oh, I need to get off the stage. I’m leaking.

“When the doctor says hysterectomy to you, you’re like, so in order for me to be well, I’m going to have to forgo that part of my identity. That is, I’m s woman and I can carry a baby and I’m fertile and I’m young. I can;’t stress enough I has been the best thing I’ve done.”
