Simon Cowell is looking more youthful than ever at 64.
Despite never having a facelift, he admits to being a fan of Botox and fillers. Last year, his appearance was the subject of jest from ITV presenters Ant McPartlin and DecDonnelly, with Ant teasing about his “new face”.
Simon told the Mirror: “I think its hysterical,” and “I mean it just makes me laugh – I haven’t had a facelift or anything. Over the years people have said that I’ve had everything done. I have had a bit of Botox or whatever but kind of nothing drastic.”

Simon has previously confessed to The Sun that there was a point when he “might have gone a bit too far” with his cosmetic procedures, even causing his son Eric to laugh at him. He stated: “There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognise it as me first of all. Eric was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”

Back in 2008, he compared Botox to toothpaste, saying it was commonplace in the entertainment industry. He told Glamour: “To me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste. It works, you do it once a year – who cares? ” However, in 2013, former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne criticised him, stating: “His face is so full of filler and Botox it’s like it doesn’t move. At least mine screws up.”, reports the Mirror.
In 2019, Simon Cowell opened up about his beauty regimen, admitting to having a ’21st-century face lift’ and going overboard with Botox ahead of his 60th birthday. He confessed to The Sun: “There’s lots of things you can do now. You don’t just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox. It hurts like hell but it gets rid of sun damage and unplugs all the crap.”

The TV mogul is also known for trying unconventional treatments in an effort to maintain his youthful looks. “I also had a sheep placenta facial once, which was quite out there,” he revealed.
In addition, singer Sinitta also recommended a detoxifying machine for him, which he jokingly compared to a Dr Who prop: “Then Sinitta recommended I try another detoxifying machine, and this thing turned up in my bedroom and it was like something out of Dr Who. It was like a spaceship had landed in my bedroom.”

Nevertheless, Cowell does believe in sticking to some conventional methods for maintaining health. His routine includes regular exercise and a hefty dosage of vitamins. As he explained: “I work out three or four times a week, I have Botox, take tons of vitamins and vitamin infusions – if you believe that these things work, you will feel better.”
In a drastic lifestyle change, Cowell admits in 2022 that he lost more than three stone after a wake-up call from his doctor. Telling The Sun about his unusual eating habits, he said: “I’m not a big eater. I don’t enjoy it that much. I’d rather have a beer than eat, any day of the week.”

“Sometimes when we are going out for dinner because I know I’m going to hate the food, I have baked beans on toast before I go, then eat nothing,” he spilled. The telly mogul admitted he can’t stand nosh at weddings or parties “where the food is horrific”, preferring a cosy night in instead.
Simon credits his dramatic weight loss to a complete diet overhaul, with his doc comparing his old eating habits to “a schoolboy’s diet from the 1960s”. He used to be a pie fanatic but has now cut out carbs, including his once-beloved pizza, along with red meat, dairy, sugar and gluten for a more wholesome grub.
For brekkie, it’s all about the smoothies, while lunch is typically soup and grilled tomatoes, and he often skips dinner, particularly if he’s hitting a restaurant. Pies, which were once his staple, are now a distant memory, and ditching pizza was the “hardest thing”, he moaned. I can now have a tiny, tiny amount and that’s enough,” Simon grumbled.
