Viewers of The Chase were left gushing over a “hot” contestant on Tuesday (April 23) who they claimed looked like Rylan Clark.
Competing against fellow hopefuls Alan, Fey and Suzi was 24-year old Theo – a social media manager. Introducing himself, Theo began: “I work for a competition company and we give out prizes every day – and I’m lucky enough that when people win those prizes, whether it be a car or cash, I go and give it to them.”
Asked by Bradley Walsh what he would any winnings on, he continued: “If I’m going big – like £20,000 – then me and my sister have written a short film so we would probably get that made together and show it off at a film festival.”

Theo continued: “We’re big into horror films and I’ve made them since I was 11. I’ve always wanted to be a big horror film director and us Brits are lacking one of those.”
Whilst the Londoner was chatting to Brad, meanwhile, fans of the ITV show took to X (formerly Twitter) to comment on his looks. “Theo is so hot,” one user simply exclaimed. Another added: “Ohhhh hello Theo.” A third penned: “Damn, Theo was some good eye candy.” And a fourth asked: “How is Theo’s skin so smooth? Need his skincare routine immediately.”
Regarding his image, meanwhile, one user questioned: “Is that @Rylan in seat 2? #thechase.” A second said: “Reminds me of Rylan.” And a third agreed: “He looks like a young Rylan.”
Theo answered just three questions correctly in his cash-builder round, earning a potential £3,000 for the team’s jackpot. After being handed a safe offer from chaser Darragh ‘The Menace’ Ennis of £1,000 and a risky £30,000, Theo stuck with his original amount and started two places closer to home.
However, after a series of wrong answers, Darragh quickly caught him, ending his movie dream.
Fey and Alan did better and made it to the final with a total of £12k, although they only managed to rack up 11 points, so Darragh caught them with 57 seconds on the clock.
Bradley and Darragh told them they’d be kicking themselves when they watch the episode back as they lost their heads and missed out on easy answers.
The Chase airs weeknights at 5pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
