This Morning viewers have accused the show of having a Taylor Swift “obsession” after the ITV show aired another segment on the singer.
With Taylor’s UK shows looming, excitement is reaching fever pitch among Swifties and stories about the singer are everywhere. But it seems some people reckon the US star is getting a little too much air time on the ITV daytime show.
Many were unimpressed as Taylor came up again on Thursday’s instalment (May 9) of This Morning. Hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard were discussing things going on in the world and talked about the fact the star was about to touch down in Paris.

However, the news item had some viewers declaring that enough was enough. “Are you serious? More Taylor Swift…” one sniped on X.

“Taylor Swift again?” posted another. “Does this programme have any unique ideas or does it just show the same thing over and over and over again?” Someone else stormed: “Not another f****** Taylor Swift segment!”
Another asked: “Oh what not another segment on Taylor Swift, what is their obsession.” Somebody else teased that the show was “clearly obsessed” with the Shake It Off star.

“Taylor time,” remarked another viewer, as one joked: “Can Taylor Swift take out a restraining order or an injunction or whatever against This Morning?” “Bloody Taylor Swift again on This Morning ffs,” snapped one fan.
“The more I hear about Taylor Swift on This Morning I swear…” penned another viewer, as one person shared a GIF of someone pouring a huge alcoholic drink as they quipped: “F****** Taylor Swift. It’s 10.50. Sod it.”

Taylor recently unveiled her eagerly anticipated album The Tortured Poets Department, placing her firmly in the news for days as fans gushed about it and critics flocked to bash out glowing reviews. The Cruel Summer singer is bringing her Eras Tour to Wembley Stadium on June 21 and will also play a string of shows at the venue in August.
