Dame Vivienne Westwood left £20.5million to her family and charities in her will, it has been reported.
The fashion designer, who died in December 2022 aged 91, split her fortune between her two children, third husband Andreas Kronthaler and mystery charities.
She lived in South London with Kronthaler, 58, at the time of her death. She left behind sons photographer and erotic artist Ben Westwood, 60, who was born during her marriage to her first husband Derek Westwood and lingerie brand Agent Provocateur founder Joseph Corre, 56, who she shared with second husband Malcolm McLaren.

The good causes set to benefit from a share of her estate are not named but she backed climate change activism and civil rights. A fashion source told The Sun: “Dame Vivienne amassed a huge fortune and gave quite a lot of it away before she died. She was ill for a time before she passed so had everything in order. And, for her, family came first – and this is shown in her will.
“Dame Vivienne also had strong beliefs and so she wanted some of her earnings to go towards charities that she supported.” After her shock death was announced, husband Andreas said: “I will continue with Vivienne in my heart.” After her death, MailOnline revealed that Vivienne had “handed over” the reins of her £70m business empire to friend and fellow designer Jeff Banks, 79.
She is said to have put him in charge of her clothing company just before Christmas, which in turn made him a director of Vivienne Westwood Ltd, according to a filing to Companies House on December 22. At the time it was reported, it was said that the firm that Jeff Banks became a director of held cash and assets of more than £50m.
When Jeff was put in charge of Vivienne’s company, Vivienne’s husband of 30 years Andreas, was made a director and secretary of his wife’s property business. Worth £18m, according to MailOnline, Andreas was put in charge of her estate.
