“The police fitted panic alarms, sensors, and cameras in my house. And because I have ADHD, I actually forgot that I have to disarm it when I come in, otherwise the sensor thinks it’s an intruder.

“Guys, within four minutes the police were at my door. I just feel so safe—I’m going to get emotional. But I feel so safe.

“Within four minutes, they were there because that sensor was set off. I also want to say sorry because I didn’t put the code in. But yeah, just wow. Thank you.”

In recent years, Aisleyne has been through some difficult situations which include a perverted burglar who stole her clothes and underwear.

The TV star first shot to fame on Big Brother in 2006 and has since had a successful reality career. As the new series of the celeb version gears up, she has also shared her advice for contestants.

She told Daily Star: “I know it’s corny and it sounds cliche, but literally, just be yourself. For example, Callum Best has been a friend of mine since before I went into TV and became infamous, famous, whatever you want to call it, put on the map.

“I was friends with him before. Anyway, they kept approaching him every year, and every year I’d be like, ‘you’re not ready yet’.

“And then when he went in, I was like, ‘Callum, you’re in such a good place. Get yourself in there’.

“And my advice to him was, just be your genuine self, because you’re a nice person, and you’re in a good place, so you can’t go wrong.”
