Brooklyn Beckham has issued a message to family on social media.
The star sent a heartfelt birthday tribute to his wife Nicola Peltz’s father, Nelson, on social media. Brooklyn has been involved in a family dispute with the Beckhams and has been noticeably absent from recent family gatherings.
Fans noticed that he had failed to acknowledge his mother Victoria’s 51st birthday and was absent from his father David’s 50th birthday celebrations in London and Paris. Additionally, Brooklyn did not publicly congratulate David when he received a knighthood in the King’s Birthday Honours List.
Instead, the 26 year old has been showering his wife with affectionate tributes, recently stating that he would “always choose her” in a social media post to fans. To mark her father Nelson’s birthday, Brooklyn shared a photo of himself, Nelson, and Nicola on his Instagram Stories, accompanied by a thoughtful message.
“Happy birthday, Nelson, we love you,” he wrote. Meanwhile, Brooklyn and Nicola recently celebrated a milestone – the five-year anniversary of their engagement.
Brooklyn posted a tribute to his wife on social media, sharing a photo of the couple along with the caption: “It’s been 5 years since I asked this beautiful woman to marry me xx best decision ever x I love you so much,” reports the Mirror.
Nicola also shared a romantic photo of the two kissing and penned a sweet tribute to Brooklyn, writing: “5 years ago we got engaged …i love living life with you baby – i loveee you so muchhh.”
Brooklyn’s post sparked a mixed reaction from fans, with some urging him to mend his relationship with his parents, while others celebrated the couple’s love.

The couple’s recent purchase of a £10.5 million mansion in Los Angeles has reportedly left his mum heartbroken, with an insider claiming there were hopes his life in America wouldn’t be “permanent”, but “this house purchase squashes any last hopes.”
However, another source disputed this, telling the Mirror: “This house has nothing to do with family dynamics.”
The source explained: “Both Nicola and Brooklyn’s careers are based in Los Angeles, and Brooklyn spent part of his childhood there while his father played for LA Galaxy. During that time, he attended school in LA for several years and built a life and friendships in the city. LA has always felt like home to him.”
