I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! co-stars Danny Jones and Maura Higgins enjoyed a night out at the BRITs, both attending Universal’s after-party in central London
The BRIT Awards were a night for the stars to let their hair down – and it seems they did just that.
While the ceremony itself was one to remember, from Sabrina Carpenter’s very cheeky performance to Danny Dyer’s foul-mouthed outburst, the after-parties were where the celebs could really let loose.
I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! co-stars Danny Jones and Maura Higgins both headed to the Universal after-party in 180 Studios on The Strand in central London after the bash at The O2. The duo appeared in the ITV jungle together last year, with McFly star Danny crowned the winner.
The pals appeared inseparable on the night out, later going to Sony Music’s party until the early hours.
According to The Sun, a source claimed: “Danny and Maura seemed to be having a great time. They looked like they had a brief drunken kiss.
“Danny and Maura seem to have a close friendship after meeting in the jungle. They were talking and laughing for ages.”
There is no suggestion that the apparent “kiss” the ITV co-stars shared was anything more than something between friends.
Love Island beauty Maura is recently single after splitting from reality legend and podcast host Pete Wicks. They were rumoured to be dating for months, however it all ended recently.
Pete was out that night with close friend Olivia Attwood, who is thought to be Maura’s biggest rival in showbiz.
Meanwhile, The Voice coach Danny has been married to Georgia Horsley since 2014. They share one son together, Cooper Alf Jones.
On the night, it’s reported that “Danny appeared to be giving Maura advice” and she “laid her head on Danny’s shoulder as they talked with friends”.
They were later joined by another of their ITV campmates, Strictly star Oti Mabuse.
It had been a busy night for Maura, who had attended the BRITs in a sizzling see-through gown. If darting across London from The O2 for the after-parties wasn’t enough, she also needed to factor in time for an outfit change.
She switched into a shorter ensemble for the after-parties, allowing much more movement for the dance-floor.
Daily Star has contacted representatives for Danny and Maura for comment.
