Olivia Attwood’s residence was almost ransacked, but a swift response from her private security thwarted the burglary attempt. The 34-year-old television star and her footballer husband, 31-year-old Bradley Dack of Gillingham FC, have expressed their immense gratitude to both their private security detail and the local constabulary for their quick action against the would-be thieves at their £1million Cheshire home.

Within a mere two minutes, the vigilant security team, accompanied by their canine unit, arrived on the scene to disrupt the nefarious scheme.

In the early hours of Thursday (July 17), Love Island icon Olivia took to Instagram Stories against a stark black background to share: “That’s why we pay through the nose for private security. On sight in two minutes with dog team.

“And the incredible nw police force not far behind.

“We saw your faces, we have your foot prints, and finger prints.

“And sorry what you were looking for isn’t actually kept at the property.”

Currently soaking up the sun on holiday in Spain, the former Love Island contestant refrained from divulging further particulars about the botched heist.

Since 2022, Olivia and Bradley have made their home alongside their beloved dogs, Lola and Stitch.

Despite the unsettling event, Olivia has had reasons to celebrate recently.

The presenter of the documentary Getting Filthy Rich has joyfully shared that she will be joining the This Morning crew over the summer period.

In a conversation with Bella magazine back in June, she enthused: “I’m going to be doing a couple of shows in the summer.

“I’m very excited to be joining, [it’s] a huge honour.

“I’ve grown up watching this show and being part of the Daytime team on Loose Women has been the best experience, and this just feels like a very natural progression.”

Despite facing criticism from online trolls, Olivia remains unfazed about her new role.

In a chat with The Sun, she stated: “Those who know me understand the hard work I’ve put in to get where I am today.

“I’m forever grateful to Love Island for being the springboard to my career, but I’m excited to show there’s so much more to me beyond the villa.
