Maura Higgins and Danny Jones apparently stayed up partying until the early hours of the morning after they were filmed seeming to briefly lock lips at a BRITS bash
Maura Higgins and Danny Jones reportedly stayed up drinking wine until the early hours after their alleged kiss at a BRITS after-party.
Footage on The Sun earlier this month appeared to show the brunette and married McFly star Danny locking lips in a quick kiss at the bash at 180 House in London, with a source saying: “Danny and Maura seemed to be having a great time. They looked like they had a brief drunken kiss.”
It has now been reported that later on that night, the pair both went to the Nobu Hotel in Marylebone where they were seen “knocking back wine”.
A source told The Sun that Love Island beauty Maura and singer Danny travelled separately by car to the hotel, where another industry party was being held. A video appears to show them clutching glasses of wine and chatting in a foyer while other people milled around at the event.
“Danny and Maura seemed to be enjoying their night of partying and had no plans to call it a night,” the onlooker claimed. ““They were knocking back wine at the Nobu from 4am and seemed keen to carry on. They weren’t seen leaving before 6am.”
Maura and Danny – who has been married to former Miss England Georgia Horsley since 2014 – have been friendly since they were both contestants on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! last year, which Danny won. They struck up a friendship during their time in the Aussie jungle camp and appear to have remained friends since heading back to real life.
There is no suggestion that Maura and Danny are romantically linked, or that the apparent “kiss” the ITV co-stars shared at the star-studded BRITs after-party was anything more than something between friends. A body language expert also told the Daily Star that it looked as if there was “nothing sensual between them”.
Maura was previously linked to reality star Pete Wicks, but they are thought to have split up earlier this year.
Daily Star contacted representatives for Danny and Maura for comment following the video of them appearing to kiss.
