Tommy Fury was spotted spending Valentine’s Day morning with Molly-Mae Hague at her plush Cheshire pad, fuelling rumours that the pair have rekindled their relationship. The former Love Island star and pro boxer, 25, was spotted outside the swanky home he once shared with influencer Molly-Mae, also 25, and their child Bambi, aged 2.

On the most romantic day of the year, Tommy rolled up to Molly-Mae’s £3.5 million mansion in his posh Mercedes 4×4. Despite calling it quits last August after a five-year rollercoaster romance, the pair have set the rumour mill whirring with whispers of a reunion.

They were even caught kissing as the New Year bells rang – yet they’ve kept quiet on whether they’re officially an item again. Last month, breaking his silence on the split, Tommy owned up to having a ‘drinking problem’ which led to Molly-Mae ditching their engagement.

Chatting to Men’s Health, he confessed to hitting the bottle hard, saying: “It’s not like I’d get up in the morning and start drinking, but rather than sit in bed all day and fester, I’d think ‘why not go out?’ Where I’d normally be in camp, I’d just be smashing Guinness left and centre and then later on in the night shots would come out.”

“Most nights I would drink to get blackout drunk. I think that’s what really took its toll on me. People go through different things in life and we all have our crosses to bear. I’ve got mine to bear.”

It has emerged that Molly-Mae’s inner circle are said to be “horrified” at the thought of her rekindling her romance with ex Tommy. Despite their previous breakup, the duo have been seen getting close on several occasions, and while they continue to co-parent their daughter amicably, whispers are swirling that they’re trying their hand at love once more, reports the Mirror.

However, it appears their potential reunion isn’t sitting well with Molly-Mae’s family and friends. Sources claim they can’t shake off the memory of the couple’s very public split and are worried history might repeat itself.

Yet, Molly-Mae reportedly sees Tommy as the “love of her life”. A friend revealed to The Sun, saying: “Molly-Mae’s family and friends saw the hell he put her through and they’re horrified that his feet are back under the table.

“Molly-Mae’s closest friends and members of her family think this is a terrible idea and that it is all going to end in tears again. They have been waving the red flags but Molly-Mae is staunchly independent and is pushing on regardless.”

The source added: “It is a nightmare for those around her to watch. They fear it will crash and burn. For them it’s not a case of if it implodes again, it’s a case of when.”

Both Molly-Mae and Tommy have been accused of staging their split as a ‘stunt’ to promote Molly-Mae’s documentary and Tommy’s book.

However, she fired back, stating: “Going through all of this with the turmoil of a break up has been incredibly hard. To have those comments – and I see all of them – and people saying, ‘This has obviously just been done for the launch of her brand or a publicity stunt’, that is very painful to read because it’s real life.

“Tommy and I have a baby together and it’s very, very real. It’s a really hard thing that we have both gone through the past six months. I think this documentary will clear up any questions of that. I think that people will be quite surprised by how honest we have been.”
