Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury were seen spending Mother’s Day together alongside their daughter, after the couple announced their split last year to the surprise of fans
Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury were spotted enjoying a snug Mother’s Day rendezvous at a Cheshire pub, complete with their little one in tow.
The one-and-off Love Island lovebirds turned up separately to celebrate the day. The duo made headlines last year with their unexpected split, leaving fans gobsmacked as they parted ways.
Molly-Mae’s documentary, which aired following the breakup, showcased her struggles with the very public separation. Tommy opened up about the breakup in an interview, doling out details on what led to the end of their romance.
Yet, not long after, the two were sighted on a getaway in Dubai. Dodging the cameras together, they kept a low profile until they hit Manchester again.
Now it appears they’re back on track, all smiles, and in fresh pics, they rocked up and rolled out of the pub in their swanky matching motors. After Bambi’s outing with her parents at the Lowry Theatre, they scooted over to the pub.
Molly-Mae cut a laid-back figure in chic black togs topped off with a light grey jacket, and Tommy soaked in the UK sunshine, donning a black jumper and blue shorts while cuddling Bambi and her plush pal, reports the Mirror.
Tommy didn’t miss the chance to post a loving shout-out to Molly-Mae for Mother’s Day, saying: “Happy Mother’s Day, thank you for being the best mummy I could’ve ever asked for our girl,” alongside a heartwarming pic of them both. He gave his own mum a touching nod too.
The couple jetted off to Dubai in a bid to “rebuild” their strained relationship. A source spilled the beans to us, saying: “They looked more united than ever in Dubai. There’s a real sense they’re trying to rebuild things privately, without outside pressure.
“The getaway was to give them the opportunity to try work things out in a different environment. Tommy’s been spending more and more time at the house again – he’s even talking about moving back in properly. It’s baby steps, but it’s clear the love is still there.”
Our insider continued: “This wasn’t just a sunshine getaway it felt like a turning point. They’ve both acknowledged how tough the past few months have been, but now they’re focused on moving forward, not looking back.
“Tommy’s been really reflective since they got back. He’s told friends he doesn’t want to waste time apart anymore. He’s taking real steps to show he’s committed, not just to Molly, but to their family unit.”
Just last week, Molly-Mae finally broke her silence on rumours that she and Tommy are back on track. In a candid video shared with her followers, she confessed: “We’re just figuring things out. We had a really really amazing time, probably the best holiday ever for all of us. It’s not I’m hiding it, I’m not quite ready to talk about it. It’s also as private, but also it’s not really private.”
The star opened up about the complexities of a high-profile romance, saying: “When you have a relationship in the public eye, trying to rebuild that relationship or work on that relationship or see if you have something worth saving… You can’t figure things out the way a normal relationship would. You can’t do the normal things a couple trying to work on their relationship normally do.”
Addressing Bambi, she continued: “We’re just figuring things out and seeing how it goes.” She also confessed to dealing with anxiety, which led her to omit certain details about Tommy from her recent vlog.
Explaining her decision, she reflected: “I don’t want you guys to think I’m not being honest about who went on the holiday to Dubai. I did do a big talking section that we were going with Tommy, but I didn’t want to put it in the last vlog because I didn’t want anxiety,” adding, “The only reason I’ve not spoken about it is I’m not ready to. I was a bit nervous and I didn’t need to explain that I was going with Tommy.”
