Sam Fender is currently on the international leg of his People Watching tour and it’s now been reported that the singer has been joined by his actress girlfriend
Music star Sam Fender has reportedly been in a relationship with an actress for two years, and she’s said to be accompanying him on his current international tour.
The 30-year-old singer performed in the UK and Ireland as part of his People Watching tour last year before heading to mainland Europe earlier this month.
Yesterday, he performed at the AFAS Live venue in Amsterdam, Netherlands. And it’s reported that Sam is joined by his partner in the city.
According to The Sun, the BRIT Award winner has been discreetly dating actress Rosa Collier for the past two years.
An insider told the publication that Sam is “very much in love” with Rosa, whom he started dating in 2022. They revealed: “She works as an actress and they met when she was studying at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
“They dated loosely for a few months and then things became way more serious in 2023,” the source added. They also shared that Sam and Rosa have “travelled quite a bit together” and recently enjoyed a “romantic holiday” in the Maldives, reports the Mirror.
The source hinted that the couple “seem serious” and that Rosa is currently on tour with Sam. They suggested that fans might even spot her in the crowd, saying: “Rosa is always front and centre, supporting her man.”
Rosa, who enjoys the private Instagram follow of Sam and his bandmates, has a history of treading the boards in drama school productions like Macbeth and Pains of Youth. She’s also flexed her acting muscles professionally in Our Man in Havana.
Her performance CV boasts of her being a grade eight pianist and a grade six tuned percussionist. Plus, she’s got a knack for nailing a variety of accents.
The People Watching tour is Belgium-bound tomorrow night after their recent gig in the Netherlands. Next month, Sam is set to serenade audiences across a string of venues in the US and Canada as the international tour rolls on.
After his North American stint, he’s due back in Europe from May to August for more tour dates, including several UK shows in Newcastle, London and Manchester.
The tour, which initially kicked off in December, resumed this month following Sam’s triumphant night at the BRIT Awards 2025 held on March 2. Not only did he perform at the star-studded event, but he also bagged an award during the televised ceremony.
He scooped up the BRIT Award for Alternative/Rock Act, adding to his previous win in 2022. He was also in the running for British Artist of the Year, but that gong went to Charli XCX.
Upon accepting the Alternative/Rock Act award, the artist said: “First of all I want to say a huge thanks to the fans.”
He then added: “We’ve got the best fans in the world, I think – I really do believe that.”
In closing, Sam said: “To everybody back home in Newcastle and Shields, love yous all. But also, huge thanks to my band, without whom I’d just be a mad person shouting at walls.”
He concluded: “Love yous all. Take care. Have a good night.”
