WAGS Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy are said to be trying to thrash out their infamous clash this month before the matter escalates to court.
Last year, Wayne Rooney’s wife Coleen sensationally took to social media to accuse Rebekah Vardy’s account of selling stories on her to tabloid newspaper.
In a long post to her millions of followers, Coleen explained how she had planned multiple fake stories via her Instagram story and slowly cut down who could see the posts in order to try and work out who was selling the tales.
She famously singed off the statement: “It was… Rebekah Vardy’s’ account.”

Rebekah, 38, has always denied the allegations.
An insider has now told The Sun: “This is a final roll of the dice to prevent a court case — but both Becky and Coleen are still as determined as ever to be proven right.
“They have both been strongly advised to reach an agreement but they’re both totally determined to stick to their guns.

“Unless they can agree to walk away, the costs are only going to continue climbing.”
It is believed that Becky, who is the wife of Leicester City ace Jamie Vardy, has threatened to sue for libel.
Meanwhile, Coleen has suggested she would countersue for breach of privacy.

Hitting back publicly at the time, Becky said: “I liked you a lot Coleen and I’m so upset you have chosen to do this, especially when I’m heavily pregnant.
“I’m disgusted I’m even having to deny this.”
Rebekah appeared on Loose Women to give her side of the situation, confirming she was ‘in the middle of a legal battle’.
