Kate Beckinsale drops jaws in tiny workout outfit as she plays with her dog

Kate Beckinsale has shown off her age-defying beauty in skimpy workout gear during a playful video with her pet dog.

In the clip, the 46-year-old Van Helsing actress cuts a toned figure as she jumps around her living room in tiny shorts and a sports bra.

Performing star jumps then freezing still, she makes her tiny pooch leap about with excitement.

The star confessed the bizarre “greeting” with her Pomeranian, called Myf, has become part of her morning routine and she would miss it if lockdown lifted.

In the caption of the video, which she shared on Instagram, she wrote: “If life ever goes back to normal I might be in trouble as my expectation of a morning greeting is now unrealistically high.”

The clip has been watched more than a million times since she shared it six hours ago and her smitten fans have been piling on the compliments.

Joking about her leading role in the supernatural film series Underworld, one asked: “Are you a vampire? 46 and haven’t aged a day over 29?”

“Damn, girl, I mean I just worked out but this vid makes me want to go back and do two more hours of exercising,” said another.

“You look Fantastic Kate,” commented a third.

Another fan hopefully asked if the stunner was single, only to be informed of her relationship with 22-year-old Goody Grace.

This is not the first time we’ve seen Kate’s beautiful dog during lockdown – just last week Myf watched her perform ballet stretches as she showed off her amazing flexibility.

Kate previously sent her admirers’ heads spinning with a sultry snap in a purple bikini.
