Sharing snaps with fans comparing a photograph of himself now to when he was an 18-year-old Big Brother housemate, Glyn penned: “I was literally a child in #bbuk

“I was still at school doing my A Levels. My body has changed a bit in 14 years.”

A fourth posted: “So adorable and still a BB legend.”

Glyn’s tweet comes as Big Brother celebrates its 20th anniversary by revisiting some of the show’s most iconic moments as part of E4 series Big Brother Best Shows Ever.

The former BB star’s transformation even caught the attention of Big Brother host Davina MCCall.

The TV presenter tweeted: “I have to say GlynWise has had a glow up.”

Glyn entered the house as a fresh-faced swimming pool lifeguard alongside the likes of Nikki Grahame, Grace Adams Short and Pete Bennett.

The Welsh star captured the hearts of the nation as he experienced cooking for the first time and learnt how to wash his own clothes inside the Big Brother house.

Glyn went on to stand as Plaid Cymru’s candidate in Cardiff Central, but he failed to win the seat.

He now works as an English Literature teacher and refers to himself as a TV personality.

Big Brother Best Shows Evers continues on E4 tonight at 9pm
