Cheryl was given a financial helping hand from her ex Liam Payne when it came to the purchase of her £3.7million home that she shares with son Bear, three, and her mum Joan.
The luxury Buckinghamshire pad received a part payment from the generous One Direction star, according to recent reports for the property.
In March 2019, the 37-year-old moved into the popular village to set up her home with her small family but it seems Liam may have provided a cash injection to secure the property for his ex Cheryl.
The Fight For This Love hitmaker is named as the sole owner of the three-storey home in spite of The Story Of My Life singer being listed on the deeds.

According to the statements for the house, Liam James Payne was listed as one lender along with the bank Accord Mortgages Ltd, a subsidiary of Yorkshire Building Society.
It is not yet understood if the part purchase from the former X Factor star came about as a result of their split arrangements.
Cheryl and Liam announced that they were parting ways in 2018 but would still share their parental duties to Bear.
They seemed to split amicably and the former ITV judge even remained in Liam’s £5.1million six-bedroom home in Woking, Surrey until last year.

Even though Cheryl had use of an outdoor pool, tennis court, games room and an in-house “hot yoga room” previously at Liam’s plush gaff, she has by no means downgraded.
Her new home certainly has more than enough room for her mum and Bear and includes four bedrooms with en suites, a study, morning room and gym.
Despite the Girls Aloud star having left the home she shared with the boy band member nine months ago, it is believed that he hasn’t returned to the property since.

If the rental advert was anything to go by, Liam had instead opted to rent out his home for a whopping £8,000 per week.
Cheryl likes to keep her life private and therefore not much is known about her new home, other than it’s in one of the most desirable areas in the Home Counties.
However, this week the Newcastle-born singer sent the internet into meltdown after she provided fans with a glimpse inside her lavish home.
She showed off her incredible tree that almost touched the high ceilings and was completely covered in festive ornaments and glistening lights.
Transforming her home into a winter wonderland she had laced garlands across her table and fireplace, giving a warm and Christmas feel.
In another video, Cheryl shared a sweet and hilarious voice recording of her adorable son.
Bear could be heard saying: “Merry Christmas you filthy animals and a happy new year.”
