GMB's Ben Shephard impresses fans with bulging biceps as he gets Covid vaccine

Ben Shephard has wowed his Instagram followers with his impressive muscular physique in his latest photo upload.

He shared a snap of himself having his first Covid vaccination injection, but many of his 472,000 followers seemed more interested in his bulging biceps.

The 46-year-old could be seen in a casual outfit of dark blue jeans and a light grey t-shirt, with one sleeve rolled right up to his shoulder to give an unobstructed view of his arm.

The Good Morning Britain host wrote in the caption: “First one done! Thanks to all the team @harlequins wonderfully efficient friendly staff, and a cracking setting too. I’d say the sun seems a bit brighter today!”

More than 23,000 people liked the image, which also included a smiling selfie with his wife Annie, with the sport stadium as the backdrop.

One person commented: “Never miss a ‘gun show’ opportunity.”

A second wrote: “Any excuse to get the guns out!”

A third said: “Look at them arms.”

Someone else typed: “Show that muscle.”

And a fifth added: “You look like a superhero!”

In the photo, Ben and Annie both proudly showed off their stickers showing they’d had their jabs.

Ben is entitled to the vaccine as he falls into the latest age bracket that has been offered, that being 45 and older.

It’s not just a person’s age which determines whether they are eligible for the vaccine though, as there are some other factors.

Meanwhile, nobody knows first hand how devastating coronavirus can be more than their pal and co-host Kate Garraway.

The 53-year-old’s husband Derek Draper was taken ill with the virus at the start of the pandemic last year, and was kept in hospital until recently after being in a coma.

After waking up and showing some signs of slow recovery, Kate revealed that Derek had been brought home to continue with his care.
