Prince Harry has appeared in a new TV advert just hours before his second Oprah Winfrey Apple TV documentary is released.
Prince William’s estranged brother takes a leading role in a short clip for PeakState, where he talks about the importance of positive mental health.
Dressed in a crisp white shirt, the Duke of Sussex explains how mental health is more than focusing on the struggles one had.
Harry says to the camera: “PeakState is striving to build a global community that understands the importance of mental fitness and feels empowered to attain it.
“By providing accessible tools and resources that can be incorporated into our everyday busy lives, PeakState aims to help people take a pro-active approach to good management and good mental health.”
Harry’s latest appearance comes hours ahead of his follow up Apple TV documentary.
The royal family is braced for more attacks from Princess Diana’s son when The Me You Can’t See: A Path Forward drops on Apple TV+ on Friday, May 28.
Teasing the new one-off special, Archewell, Harry and Meghan Markle’s new venture, said: “In The Me You Can’t See: A Path Forward, Prince Harry and Oprah Winfrey reunite with participants and experts from the series for a thought-provoking, wide-ranging discussion to build on their initial conversations around mental health and well-being.

“The subjects go deeper into their own stories from the series, the experts share their guidance, and together they begin to answer the critical question: Where do we go from here?”
Talking in the main series, Harry opened up about his own struggles.
He said: “I saw GPs, I saw doctors, I saw therapists, I saw alternative therapists, I saw all sorts of people.
“But it was meeting and being with Meghan. I knew if I didn’t do the therapy and fix myself, that I was going to lose this woman who I could see spending the rest of my life with.”
He added: “When she said, ‘I think you need to see someone,’ it was in reaction to an argument we had. In that argument, not knowing about it, I reverted back to 12-year-old Harry.”

Harry went on to accuse his father Prince Charles of failing to ‘break the cycle’ and pass on his own pain to his sons.
The Californian-based royal went on to add that Prince Charles’ pain was from how he was raised via Her Majesty The Queen and the late Prince Philip.
The comments are said to have sent shockwaves of hurt through Buckingham Palace.
