Piers Morgan brands David Walliams 'the worst' in scathing Twitter rant

Piers Morgan is often faced with negative tweets following his controversial thoughts and feelings on Twitter – and he keeps a close eye on exactly who has liked the comments.

The former Good Morning Britain host has called out some high-profile pals who have been seen liking negative tweets about him, adding that David Walliams is “the worst”.

Piers took to Twitter as he ranted about those who like tweets “on the sly”, stating that it is “fascinating to see”.

He believes the high profile people who do so thinks he won’t notice, adding: “I always notice, and file away for a rainy day”.

Piers explained that the part that bothers him is that people who are friendly with him when they meet will “endorse nasty little tweets”.

Piers didn’t hold back as he ranted to his 7.9million Twitter followers, adding: “Their treachery gets filed away for a rainy day when they least want me to return the ‘support’.”

Things certainly took a turn when someone responded to say that David Walliams was a prime culprit, which saw Piers call him “the absolute worst”.

As he followed up in the scathing rant, Piers said that these same people who like the negative tweets will “beg” him to do their podcast, adding: “Then I catch them ‘liking’ nasty tweets about me, revealing their true duplicitous colours.”

However, it’s not just a bad list that Piers has going, he also said he puts some people on a “different” list, when he sees people like nice tweets about him.

While he admits that he welcomes differing opinions – and particularly likes it when people share their opposing thoughts – he doesn’t appreciate the support of negativity online.

It seems any endorsement of negative comments will place high profile celebs on Piers Morgan’s blacklist, and by labelling him “the worst” it doesn’t look like David is in his good books.

Piers has certainly got an overflowing book of contacts within the showbiz industry, with many people featuring on his on talk show, Piers Morgan’s Life Stories.
