Little Mix bombshell Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlaide-Chamberlain have shared the first photograph of their son, as well as his adorable name.
The singer, 28, revealed two weeks ago that she had welcomed her first child with the footballer, sharing an adorable black and white snap of the youngster’s feet, resting in his father’s hands.
Perrie and Alex announced the arrival of their baby on August 21, with the new parents announcing his birth just one day later, sending Little Mix fans into meltdown.
Now, Perrie has shared a cute post with her millions of Instagram followers, showing her son wrapped in blankets as he lay in his crib, asleep.
Captioning her upload: “2 weeks of loving you. I’ve never felt love like this before! Axel Oxlade-Chamberlain.”
Her post that has since racked up over 467,000 likes in just a matter of minutes was instantly flooded with gushing messages from her fans and celebrity pals.
Strictly Come Dancing star Saffron Barker penned: “Adorable. So gorgeous, congratulations again.”
While one doting fan added: “He is so beautiful.”
“OMG this is perfection,” added a second.
“Excuse me, he is adorable,” penned a third alongside a heart-eye emoji.
“So gorgeous, just like his momma,” exclaimed a fourth.
Confetti songstress Perrie left fans utterly speechless in May when she revealed that she was expecting her first child, having kept her pregnancy a secret for some time.
Showcasing her blossoming baby bump with a set of stunning black and white pictures, Alex cradled his girlfriend’s belly as they shared their delightful news.
Captioning her announcement, Perrie wrote: “So happy to be on this wild journey with my soulmate, me + him = you.
“We can’t wait to meet you baby Ox!”
She then cheekily changed her Twitter bio to include the words “Baby Ox loading…”
The singer also shared the post to her Insta story, with a big-eyed emoji and grey heart.
Perrie’s boyfriend also posted the snap to his own Instagram account, with the caption: “Anyone got any advice on how to change nappies? So grateful and excited to become a dad. Bring on the sleepless nights!”
Just one month later, Perrie shared two snaps of her tummy as an expecting mother – captioning the post: “Growingggg” as she sat out in the sun in a bikini enjoying herself.
Ahead of Perrie’s announcement, her mum, Deborah dropped a huge hint about her pregnancy but fans were none the wiser.
Congratulating Perrie’s bandmate, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and her boyfriend Andre Gray who also announced they were expecting, Deborah tweeted: “Massive congratulations to Leigh-Anne and Andre… Babies on tour xx can’t wait xx [sic].”
