Carol Vorderman, 60, shows off 'ageless' figure in skintight and patriotic outfit

Carol Vorderman brought the heat as she treated fans to a trio of selfies over the weekend.

With the UK bracing themselves for the ice cold weather, the former Countdown bombshell’s temperature boosting display couldn’t have arrived at a better time.

The 60-year-old announced to her adoring followers that she would appear on BBC Radio Wales and would be supporting her home team in the rugby too.

Looking scorching hot, she posed for a number of mirror selfie snaps – wearing skintight leather trousers, a killer black belt to show off her teeny waist and a collared patriotic shirt in red and black.

Her honey-blonde locks were gorgeously swept over one shoulder and styled into loose and brushed out waves.

By way of makeup, Carol opted to vamp things up a bit as she sported thick black lined eyes, dark eye-shadow, peachy blushed cheeks and a red lip.

Appearing to be happy with her outfit choice, she beamed at the camera as she showcased her sexy curves.

Carol included the caption: “It’s game day …. @welshrugbyunion vs South Africa @bokke_official…..so exciting to be back in the @principalitysta later on.

“My Saturday Radio show first on @bbc Radio Wales from 1130-2pm with my boys @owainwynevans and @natsus1.

“So radio show, the big game and perhaps a party. Happy days. #rugby #AutumnSeries #Wales #springboks #springboksrugby.”

Of course, Carol’s adoring fans went wild for the sultry post – with some hailing the superbrain as “ageless”.

“Thanks for reminding me,” exclaimed one online user.

Another gushed: “Sexy as ever and even more so with that top on.”

While a third told the TV star: “You look ageless in these snaps.”

Meanwhile, the stunning Daily Mirror Pride Of Britain host recently opened up about suffering “abuse” because of wearing an “above-the-knee” frock to the BAFTA Awards

On social media, the Welsh starlet revealed there had been times while growing up when she’d been told how to live her life – such as getting “married at 18” and being discouraged to “go to university”.

The mathematician explained she’d always been a bit of rebel and wasn’t about to start following the crowd any time soon.

Carol penned: “When I was young they told me I ‘should’ get married at 18 and girls ‘shouldn’t’ go to university and girls certainly ‘shouldn’t’ study anything to do with engines because that’s what boys do.

“Well I thought politely ‘stuff all of that because it’s made up nonsense’.

“So from being a free school meals comprehensive kid I went to Cambridge at age 17 a year early and studied Engineering…”

She added: “When I was 39 I wore a short dress to the BAFTAS and the media world went mental…. the BBC made a whole show about ‘should a women age 39 wear a dress above the knee?’ This was in the year 2000, not exactly medieval times.

“Now people laugh at the question ‘should a woman of 39 wear a dress above the knee’ but I had to live through off the scale abuse because I’d done it….ridiculous.

“Now the world has better attitudes.”
